US Trade Policy Under Obama-Reward our enemies, penalize our allies pay off our cronies

Wow...I've heard all about the Obama's administrations policies of betraying our allies (see Europe) and pandering to our enemies however when you look at how this translates into action with Columbia and Cuba it's pretty obvious that economic pragmatism are clearly subordinated to political payoffs.
