Cash For Clunkers (and this is a success)

$24,000 per car to give people $4500 and a tax liability to go with it.

I'm a doggie. I don't drive. This doesn't seem good though...(psssst-and this is when "government works"="we have money to the end of the year, er I meant until the end of the week" (oops!).

"The $4500 you thought was free money-ooops forgot to mention you now owe taxes" (inducing people to make decisions on faulty information).

"Oh, and about the $4500 we should have just bought you a new car because we are so grotesquely inefficient that it cost us the price of the car anyway".

They should take over every industry and bring this sort of managerial excellence and really straighten this country out....(I am a dog but I am not a retarded dog. I am being sarcastic here. Not all dogs do sarcasm, but Sarah Palins Dog does!)
