Why not? What do they have to worry about-Obama apologizing to them again? Maybe they are worried that we will take some more aggressive acts like unilaterally betraying our European Allies by pulling a missile shield and getting nothing but the back of Putins hand in our face for doing it.
Not to worry Obama wants the Russians to inspect U.S nuclear sites as well.
Whose side is this Obama administration on again?
