I wonder why there is a 9th circuit court? They are the most frequently overturned court in the nation...It is sad when common sense has been all but eradicated from policy.
Don't worry if Obama gets his way and passes cap and tax everyone's electricity will go up and the poor and elderly will suffer the most. Liberal compassion is when multi-millionaires, and Ivy League educated morons make themselves feel better by inflicting misery on the disadvantaged and the weak.
